I guess Sundays are just going to be my weigh in, especially when my Sundays are just so lazy, peaceful and just a relaxing day for me. Well, I guess you’ve been waiting for the results…Here it is….

I know my scheduled weigh ins are usually on Sundays but I am changing it up to be on Wednesdays. I was hoping to lose 5lbs, but I lost a total of 2.5lbs which I am still happy about. Any weight loss is a weight loss.

It’s nice to know that body is going through a transformation ;-). I’ve lost a total of 18.5 lbs since March 5 and I’m pretty stoke about it. Some would say that losing that much weight within a one month time period is unhealthy, possibly, but not definitely sure. I’ve read the proper weight loss is 2lbs a week, but that would be me following some other person’s limitations. I’ve stopped listening to limitations instead I listen to possibilities.
I eat healthy (caloric intake ranges from 1700-2000 a day), I do my daily walks (3-5 miles a day) and I’ve eliminated the junk food which I use to eat by the tons. I don’t use “cheat day” in my quest to lose weight and be healthy. It is a total lifestyle change, using a cheat day is just reverting back to your normal eating patterns. I definitely do not starve myself ;-) I enjoy what I eat ;-). Just remember people, you got think that when you want to lose weight, its a lifestyle change. It’s a lifestyle that you have be able to live with for the rest of your life. Another thing I do not do is weigh myself every day.
I also didn’t use the mentality, “I’ll do it later, or it will start tomorrow”. Start now. Lose weight now instead of tomorrow. Have fun on your journey people, get excited about losing weight, get excited about living a longer life.

I had another great week…I ate healthy not none of this 600 calorie a day. I actually ate 1800-2000 calories a day and I was able to lose weight. I lost a total of 4.5 lbs which I am proud of myself. Next week goal is to lose 5lbs and I will be committed to losing 5 lbs the healthy weigh. I will not be starving myself… Please people eat a healthy meal and do not starve yourself. You might be losing weight, but can you really sustain that way of living? This week, I will take it up a notch in my exercise regime…instead of walking 3-5 miles a day, I will be running. It’s time up it!!!! Till next Sunday…have a great week.

I’ve been sick all week and didn’t get a chance to exercise. I also said that I was going to start P90x but being sick threw me a curve ball. I still have a lingering cough and when I woke up this morning, I was excited and scared about weigh in. A part of me was hoping that I would lose weight and a part of me was scared that I gained weight because of the lack of exercise. Well folks, I lost 3lbs this week ;-)

I’m a bit worried what my weigh in on Sunday is going to be since I’ve been sick for the past couple of days. I haven’t exercise or eaten really healthy meal. When I am sick, my put all my healthy habits away eat comfort food to make me feel better but then I start getting guilty for eating unhealthy food. I so want to exercise but I don’t have the strength to even walk my dogs.

I’m glad to announce that I lost 5lbs this week. Making my total so far to date: 11lbs weight loss. I’m pretty excited. I was a bit surprise when I saw the scale and weighed myself several times to see if it wasn’t a mistake.
I’m down to 188lbs ;-). My goal this week is to lose 3lbs for the following week. I feel a cold coming on. Until next weigh in….work hard!!!!

I think its Hogwash!!! The reason I got into being overweight was that I was treating everyday as “Cheat Day”. Losing weight isn’t about a diet…its about a lifestyle change. Why have a scheduled cheat day in your fitness plan? If you can have 6 days of honoring your word about your health, what is another day?
I am guilty of having a sweet tooth, I’ll confess. However, instead of eating a chocolate cake or candy, I can have a yummy fruit. I’ve altered my food recipes to fit my commitment to a healthy body and mind. I’ve eliminated the bad stuff and put the good stuff in that taste great.
So, if you are thinking of having a “cheat day” in your fitness plan, ask yourself, “How did I get this way?”

Tonight I decided to read some other blogs about weight loss and I’m baffled on how people are trying to lose weight. One blog, this person had a celery stick for breakfast, saltine cracker for lunch and soup for dinner…that is crazy….
I want to lose weight myself, but I’m not starving myself. I’m doing it the healthy way…Eat people, Eat!!!! Watch what you eat and exercise…that is how I’m doing my journey.
